What is the return policy?
All Ponlu purchases are final sale, and we are unable to accept returns at this time. If something is not right with your order, please contact us at support@ponlu.life and we’ll do our best to help.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Optional shipping protection is also available at checkout for added peace of mind.
Where do you ship?
Ponlu currently ships within the United States. We hope to expand to more locations in the future. If you’d like Ponlu to ship to your area, reach out to us at support@ponlu.life.
My package is lost. What should I do?
Optional shipping protection is available at checkout and is the best way to help protect your order in the event of loss or damage during transit.
Please double check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as Ponlu is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges will apply to resend it. If a package is lost due to an incorrect address, we are unable to offer a refund.
My package says delivered, but I cannot find it. What should I do?
We recommend first checking around your delivery area, with neighbors, or with your building management if applicable. In some cases, carriers may mark a package as delivered slightly before it arrives. If you added shipping protection at checkout, please follow the claims instructions provided with your order.
